New Spot for St. Louis Magazine

Here's a fun little piece I did for this month's St. Louis Magazine. It was quite fun- and now I can finally say I've drawn a jayhawk!

Round Robin Illo!

Hey Everybody,

I just finished up this illustration for a Round Robin project I'm doing with some friends. In a change of pace for me, this particular piece is all hand-done. I really like pattern and limiting my color choices lately. Guess we'll see how that goes.

Cherokee Print League Holiday Sale tomorrow!

Hey everyone-

Be sure to come out tomorrow to the Cherokee Print League Holiday sale! It's gonna rock! I will be teaming up with the awesome Rachel Harris to sell prints at the Livery. I am debuting a new illustrated print tomorrow as well- MO-MO-the Missouri Monster! More info on this illo soon, but it's based off of old news stories from the 70s. Other great artists selling tomorrow include Dan Zettwoch, Ron Weaver, FireCracker Press and Sleepy Kitty.

New Series for The St. Louis Beacon!

Hello everyone- hope the holidays are going well for everyone. I'm excited to announce a new series for the St. Louis Beacon called "Snapshots".

Like "INTERSECTIONS", "Snapshots" is going to be based around different locales and experiences in St. Louis, but this time I'm aiming for a more focused approach based around specifics events, times, and places. I'm starting the series off with this illustration about Three Kings- an amazing pub on the Delmar Loop.

New ANIMALS in SUITS!

Hey everyone- hopefully you made it out to see me this past saturday at Star Clipper, but if not, I'm presenting the new animals I drew that day here today and later this week. Remember- I will be taking requests and drawing new animals two more times on December 3rd and the 10th!

I have wanted to do more spot illustrations lately, so I am giving myself some deadlines to present more of them on this blog. Here is one for those news stories about guys who love pillows. No, seriously, they LOVE pillows. Go figure.

FAMOUS FICTIONAL RETURNS!

Hello All,

Big News! I was once again invited to participate in Famous Fictional this year! The theme this year was "Family Feud" so I took the opportunity to illustrate two of my favorite fictional familes: The Munsters and the Fratellis (of Goonies fame).

I wanted to try a different genre for this year so I decided to produce two fully playable board games! I will reveal the boards here, but to actually experience the games be sure to come to the show!
