CMYK 47!

I just received word that one of my illustrations has been included as part of CMYK's Top 100 New Creatives issue! I'm very excited about this- and very thankful to the Editors as well as the judge for the illustration section Frank Stockton!

This piece was originally produced for John Hendrix's Sketchbook and Narrative Class. It's for a self-produced folk tale that I wrote myself. The story involves a ghoulish conquistador, a small adventurous girl and a talking frog. You can find the other illustrations I made for the story on my website, but I will also probably post them here soon as well.

I know I told you already, but congrats again! It's a great honor. Your work has come a long way in two years. Can you believe the Academy was that long ago?
